Below is a link to show the efforts Pastor Gil has made to change the atmosphere in the downtown area, as well as holding weekly services at this location -
On Saturday, June 27th transformation will take place at the lot across the street from 540 Carroll St., South Bend, where there's already a community garden as well as a book exchange. This day we'll fill the lot with people . . . volunteers as well as residents. Like other outreaches we'll be out on the streets ministering the two weeks prior to this day. We're praying along with the church for God to move on the hearts of those that we come in contact. Let is be a day they'll never be the same!
Following a week of revival as team from out of state came to South Bend and hit the streets with prayer, the fire continues . . . Lord, set your people ablaze with the Holy Spirit and truth!!
Our home church, Christian Center was host of this revival & were blessed to be a part. Pastor Mark Lantz and other pastors in our area came together in agreement to bring down strongholds in our city.
As the teaching of the late Dr. Lester Sumrall, founder of Christian Center Church, every city has evil spirits that are controlling and dominate over that city until the people of God rise up, fast, pray and take their authority by going out in Jesus' name and showing the enemy he's defeated. He only can control what will allow him and we will not stand for our city being under the control of the enemy any longer!!
Please consider coming out to stand in agreement with us and showing South Bend that we as christians are no longer sitting down in our pews and letting souls go to hell as we sing "You're the God of This City".
